He is responsible for the Design and Consulting business, New Business and Commercial Areas, as well as Leadership of several Group Companies.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the Management and Technical Leadership of complex Infrastructure Projects, where he has coordinated and managed reference projects in Portugal, UK, Malaysia, Ghana, Angola and Mozambique with accumulated values above € 36b.

He has also an extensive Curriculum in leading processes of internationalization and business diversification.

Architect from the Lusíada University of Lisbon and with a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management and Evaluation from the Catholic University of Lisbon, Bernardo Matos de Pinho is Executive Board Member since 2012 at Tecnoplano, having served as President of the TECNOPLANO Group between 2017 and 2021. He is responsible for general management, Group strategy, marketing, finance, as well as Leadership of several Group Companies in Brazil, Integra Mais and Lifestyle.

With more than 25 years of experience in the development and management of large scale Construction Projects, he has accumulated a vast portfolio of Projects in several market sectors such as Airports, Tourism and Real Estate Developments (including Interior Design), Hospitals, Teaching Facilities and Research.

He counts also with a successful track-record in the implementation of business units in the International Market in 3 Continents – Europe, Africa and South America.

Eugénio Motta da Cruz is an Executive Director of TECNOPLANO, with a degree in Civil Engineering from “Instituto Superior Técnico”, with specialization in Structures and post-graduation in Construction Management. He is also responsible for the Construction Management and Supervision business area.

With more than 40 years of experience in large construction projects in Portugal, he also holds the title of Specialist in Construction Management granted by the Portuguese “Order of Engineers”.

He has an extensive portfolio of Works in the Curriculum, which crosses several Market Sectors, such as Airports, Hospitals, Culture, Urbanism, Offices, Hotels, Universities, Sports Complexes and Housing in construction, rehabilitation, modernization and requalification interventions.

Graduated in Civil Engineering, with complementary training in Safety, Hygiene and Health at Work, Márcio Garrett is a Board Member in TECNOPLANO BRASIL.

With more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of Construction Projects in the Portuguese, African and Brazilian markets, he accumulates the Management and Administration functions of the South American subsidiary of TECNOPLANO.

He has an extensive portfolio of Works in the Curriculum, which crosses several Market Sectors such as Airports, Culture, Urbanism, Offices, Hotels, Sports Complexes and Housing in construction, rehabilitation, modernization and requalification intervention.

Pedro Matos de Pinho is President of TECNOPLANO, and also responsible for the business activity in Angola and Mozambique, including the commercial strategy, relationship with Customers and business development.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the Management and Technical Leadership of complex Infrastructure Projects, where he has coordinated and managed reference projects in Portugal, UK, Malaysia, Ghana, Angola and Mozambique with accumulated values above € 36b.

With a degree in Civil Engineering, Miguel Malheiro is the General Manager of Operplano Brazil.
He has over 25 years of consolidated experience in Project Management, in the national and international markets.
He led Projects both in the area of Civil Construction and in the area of procurement and negotiation in Global Sourcing environment of materials and equipment (construction, food industry and store fit-out), namely in Portugal, Mozambique, Angola, Poland and Colombia.

With a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Solar Photovoltaic Energy and Energy Quality from FEIS UNESP Ilha Solteira and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Unitoledo, Marcelo Rodrigo da Silva is the Executive Director of Noon Energy Engenharia, a Tecnoplano group company, where he is responsible for Engineering, Projects and Field Operations in the implementation of renewable energy generation projects and systems in the solar photovoltaic segment.
With 27 years’ experience in the electricity sector, he has worked in the areas of field operations, engineering and team coordination at the energy concessionaire and at Noon Energy he has worked on projects to implement solar photovoltaic micro and mini-generation systems and plants, from feasibility conception, design, connection and implementation of solar plants. Its portfolio includes more than 11 MWp of projects and installations.

António Alves Martins the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of TECNOPLANO. He holds a degree in Business Administration from “Universidade Católica Portuguesa” and an MBA from “Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG)”.

He has more than 20 years of experience, developed in international environments and in the top structure of Non-Financial Groups, in particular in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, in several sectors of activity such as Mining, Real Estate, Infrastructures and Energy.

He has also accreditation by the “Order of Certified Accountants”, with remarks to the specific experience in the implementation of International Accounting Standards, Management Planning and Control Systems, Account Consolidation, and Acquisition, Merger and Restructuring operations.

Tiago Matos Fernandes is the President of the General Assembly of TECNOPLANO and a permanent legal adviser to the companies that make up the Group. He holds a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in European Studies from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

With more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer and international consultant, he has accumulated a vast professional curriculum in more than 40 countries in projects financed and / or implemented by the World Bank, the European Union and the OECD.

He holds advanced training on contractual and financial procedures for external actions of the European Union (European Commission) and on project evaluation (IPAD and IPDET / Carleton University).

With a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (with specialization in Structures) from the “Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto”, and with an MBA from “The Lisbon MBA” (merger between “Universidade Católica” and “Nova SBE”), Bruno Oliveira is the Commercial Director of TECNOPLANO, at the level of commercial management and marketing of the Group.

With more than 5 years of experience in commercial activity, he accumulates functions of management of the strategy of relationship with Clients and development of business in the target markets of the Group.

He also has more than 10 years of experience in Consulting and Project Management, particularly in the Energy and Water sectors, and in Construction Management of Buildings (Buildings and Infrastructures).

With more than 15 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Construction Projects in the public and private sector, and with a degree in Civil Engineering from “Instituto Superior Técnico of Lisbon”, Alexandra Fernandes accumulates the roles of commercial management and relationship with Clients.

She also has training in internal audits, ISO standards for management systems and application of European standardization.

Graduated in Information and Documentation Sciences, with “Minor” in Education and with complementary training in networks and hardware, he is responsible for the IT Department on the TECNOPLANO Group, performing the functions of supervision and maintenance of the IT park, implementation/management of applications, software and communications, management of e-mail services, training and face-to-face/remote helpdesk of the head office, affiliated companies, branches and ongoing contracts.

With more than 20 years of experience in the management of information systems, it also accumulates support functions in commercial, marketing and HR activities.

With a degree in Human Resources Management from ISLA (Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração), Silvia Cordeiro Nunes is the Human Resources Director at TECNOPLANO.
With over 20 years’ experience in managing and leading people, her main responsibilities are talent management and organizational development at Tecnoplano, with a view to positioning the company as a national and international benchmark.
She has worked in several sectors of activity in national and multinational environments, and has also been involved in internationalization processes
She also has several training courses in leadership, coaching and relationship marketing.

With a degree in Geological Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, she has been the Quality, Environment and Safety Manager at TECNOPLANO since January 2023, ensuring the maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System implemented.
With over 25 years’ experience in quality management systems and 15 years in environmental and health and safety management systems in the public and private sectors, she is also a Senior Occupational Safety Technician (level VI).
She has additional training in management systems, internal audits and technical updates.

Rui Padilha is the Technical Director of TECNOPLANO in Consultancy and Deign of Construction & Infrastructures and also of Power Systems. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the “University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD)”, with an Executive Master in Business Management from the “University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL)”.

With more than 15 years of experience in the study, planning, development and global coordination of Construction Infrastructure Projects, he has accumulated an extensive portfolio of large-scale Projects, with particular emphasis in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Angola and Ghana.

He has extensive complementary training in areas such as Telecommunications, Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency, being also qualified as a nZEB Consultant.

Manuel Santos Ferreira has a degree in Mechanical Engineering (equivalent to post-Bologna Master’s Degree) from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) and is the Head of Industrial Design in TECNOPLANO.

With more than 35 years of experience in studies, projects of various specialties, project coordination, project management and direction of Industry and Energy business units, he has an extensive portfolio of large-scale projects, with particular emphasis on Industrial Projects for various industries such as Oil & Gas (Petrochemical Refineries, Storage, Logistics Terminals, Distribution, Pipelines, Natural Gas Distribution Poles), Chemistry, Energy Production (Power Plants): Biomass or Natural Gas Power Plants, Cogeneration Power Plants, Trigeneration Power Plants), Pharmaceutical, Pulp and Paper, Cements, Fertilizers, Steel, Mining, Automotive (vehicles and components), Food, Semi-conductors, in several latitudes such as Portugal, Spain, Algeria and Angola.

He also has extensive complementary training in areas such as Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Thermal, RCCTE, Gas Networks, Acoustics, Project Management, Multicriteria Analysis, Quality Auditor, Environment and Safety, Business Creation and Human Resources Management, Conflict Management, Team Coaching, and Negotiation Techniques.

Valdemar Santos has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP). He is a Project Designer and Manager in Industrial Mechanical Installations at TECNOPLANO’s Industry Department.
Valdemar Santos has more than 30 years experience in Industrial Mechanics Studies, Basic and Detailed Projects, in the areas of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Steel and Mining, in Portugal, Spain, Angola and Algeria, and more than 15 years in Natural Gas (Pipelines and Distribution Networks) and LPG Network Design and Construction.
He also has extensive experience in the use of calculation tools for piping (“AutoPIPE” and “PIPENET”), equipment (“AMETAK” and “Visual Vessel Design”) and PDMS/E3D modeling (Modeling, Creation of new specifications, Catalogs, “Design Review”) and good knowledge of ASME, API, NFPA, and EN13840 codes. Additional training in Gas Networks, SHST, Conduct of Meetings, Safety in the Paper Industry, Safety in the Oil Industry, PDMS/E3D and Internal Quality Audits.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP), António Pedro Aranha joined TECNOPLANO’s Industry Department as Project Designer and Manager, responsible for the technical area of Industrial Electricity.
He has accumulated over 25 years of experience in Project Design, Construction, Planning and Project Management in several market sectors, with particular emphasis on Industry (Manufacturing and Extractive Industries, Pulp & Paper, Steel, Cement and Petrochemicals), Infrastructures, Education, Environment, Housing and Commerce in Portugal, Spain, Angola and Algeria.
He also has complementary training in Renewable Energy Management at “Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de Ciências Económicas e Empresariais”, in Project Management (Project Management Institute) – Creativity and in specific areas of Telecommunications, Lighting and Security.

Graduated in Architecture from the “Lusíada University of Lisbon”, João Pedro Farraia is a Technical Director of TECNOPLANO in the Civil Construction area, performing Coordination and Management of Construction Enterprises.

With more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of Construction Projects through Supervision Coordination and Project Management functions, he accumulates a vast portfolio of Projects in several market sectors such as Airports, Tourism (including Interior Design), Real Estate, Health and Education.

Technical Engineer graduated at the “Lisbon Higher Institute of Engineering”, Luis Faria is a Technical Director of TECNOPLANO in the Civil Construction area, performing Coordination and Management of Construction Enterprises.

José Castro is a Technical Engineer, graduated from “Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto”, and is a Technical Director at TECNOPLANO in the Civil Construction area, where he is responsible for the Coordination and Management of Construction Projects.

With over 20 years of experience in the development and management of Construction Projects through Works Construction Direction and Site Supervision, José has accumulated a vast portfolio of Projects in various market sectors such as Buildings, Transport Infrastructure, Industry and Services, Water and Sanitation.

With a degree in Architecture from “Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa”, a PAGE executive masters from “Universidade Católica Portuguesa” and a Real Estate Appraisal Course from “Escola Superior de Atividades Imobiliárias”, Francisca Bettencourt is our Technical Coordinator in the areas of consultancy and projects.

With more than 20 years’ experience in coordinating and managing ‘Design & Build’ projects, she has an extensive portfolio in the areas of housing, retail, offices and real estate.

With a Degree in Civil Engineering in 2004 from the University of “Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro” (UTAD), Sérgio Baptista acquired a post-graduate degree in Business Management – Construction Industry in 2008 and, more recently, an MBA from Porto Business School.
With 18 years’ professional experience in several socio-economic contexts, he has developed and actively participated in large-scale and complex projects. In the UK he was involved in the project management of contracts worth around €100 million and in Angola €150 million. He has extensive experience in sectors such as buildings, roads and bridges, infrastructure, industry and tourism.

With a degree in Civil Engineering from IST, a specialization in Structures and Construction and a post-graduate degree in Maintenance Management from ISQ, Casimiro Veiga de Macedo is a Technical Coordinator at TECNOPLANO.
With around 30 years’ experience in large-scale construction projects in Portugal and Belgium, he has an extensive portfolio of works including several market sectors, such as buildings for European institutions, railway stations and tracks, cultural and historic buildings, hotels and luxury homes, with interventions in maintenance, modernization, rehabilitation and new construction.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the “Superior School of Technology of Setúbal”, Pedro Amador is responsible for the area of Electrotechnical Facilities, performing Construction Management functions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of Infrastructure Projects through Coordination and Supervision functions, he accumulates a vast portfolio of Projects in several market sectors such as Culture, Hospitality and Real Estate, Health, Industry, Sports and Teaching.

Filipe Silva is responsible for the are of Mechanical Installations in TECNOPLANO, performing Construction Management functions. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from “Setúbal’s School of Technology” and a Master’s Degree in Energy from the same Institution.

With more than 10 years of experience in the development and management of Infrastructure Projects through Project Management, Supervision and Project Elaboration functions, he accumulates a portfolio in several market sectors such as Culture, Hospitality and Real Estate, Industry and Education.

Luciano Branco is responsible for the area of Safety and Health in TECNOPLANO, working as a Health and Safety Coordinator in both Construction and Design Projects.

With more than 15 years of experience in the development and management of Construction Projects through Security Coordination functions, and extensive complementary training in Safety and Occupational Health, he accumulates a vast portfolio of Projects in several market sectors such as Transport Infrastructures, Industry and Services, Water and Energy, Culture, Tourism, Real Estate, Health, Sports and Education.

In addition to the degree awarded of CAP/TP VI (Health and Safety Higher Technician) certification, he also has complementary training as a Occupational Safety and Health Technician (CAP/TP IV).
