TECNOPLANO carried out the permit and detailed design projects of the rehabilitation of a Building of 5 floors in Santa Marta Street, in Lisbon.

This project took into account the rehabilitation of floors 1 to 5 for residential use (local accommodation) and floor 0 for commerce and services. Built in the 50s and considerably degraded, the intervention focused on architectural remodelling with a view to increasing functionality, which implied the rehabilitation and reinforcement of structural elements.

TECNOPLANO was responsible for the Architecture, Decoration and remaining Specialities Design Projects, with the Architecture and Stability Projects having been developed in BIM environment, through 3D digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of the building as well as the integration and compatibility of materials and infrastructures.
